3/4 Hizb 37
< random >
۞ We revealed to Moses: "Set forth with My servants by night for you will be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities musterers: 53 'Behold, these are a small troop, 54 and indeed they are enraging us; 55 "But we are a multitude amply fore-warned." 56 So We made them leave their gardens and springs, 57 treasures, and graceful dwellings. 58 As such we gave it to the Children of Israel. 59 And so [the Egyptians] caught up with them at sunrise; 60 And when the two bodies saw each other, the people of Moses said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 So We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Strike the sea with your staff”; thereupon the sea parted; so each part was like a huge mountain. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 We saved Moses and all the people with him 65 and then We caused the others to drown. 66 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 67 Indeed your Lord is mighty and merciful. 68
