Al-Ankaboot 7 of 7
for, [if they did, they would know that] the life of this world is nothing but a passing delight and a play - whereas, behold, the life in the hereafter is indeed the only [true] life: if they but knew this! 64 When they board a vessel, they call on God, sincere in their faith for Him alone; but when He brings them safe to land, they begin to ascribe partners to Him. 65 showing ingratitude for what We have given them and take their enjoyment; soon they shall know! 66 Have the (pagans) not seen that We have made the holy precinct a safe place while all the people around are suffering terror. Do they believe in falsehood and disbelieve in God's bounties? 67 And who does more wrong than he who invents a lie against Allah or rejects the Truth when it reaches him? Is there not a home in Hell for those who reject Faith? 68 We will surely guide in Our ways those who strive hard for Our cause, God is surely with the righteous. 69
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
