The Pharaoh and his people had also received Our warning, 41 but they rejected all Our miracles. So We seized them in the way that a Majestic and All-powerful One would. 42 ARE, THEN, those of you who [now] deny the truth better than those others - or have you, perchance, [been promised] immunity in the [ancient] books of [divine] wisdom? 43 Do they say, "We shall be victorious because we are united?" 44 Most certainly their gatherings shall be routed, and they will turn their backs. 45 Nay, the Hour (of Judgment) is the time promised them (for their full recompense): And that Hour will be most grievous and most bitter. 46 The sinful ones will face the destructive torment of hell 47 On the Day when they shall be dragged into the fire on their faces, [they will be told:] "Taste now the touch of hell-fire!" 48 Lo! We have created every thing by measure. 49 And Our command is only a fleeting one like the batting of an eyelid. 50 We have destroyed the likes of you in the past: So is there any one who will be warned? 51 All their deeds are in the Scrolls, 52 And every small and great thing is recorded. 53 Lo! the righteous will dwell among gardens and rivers, 54 in a secure abode, in the presence of the Powerful King. 55
God the Almighty always says the truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

The beginning and end of every Surah mention the Surahs sent down before and after. You can click or tap on either one to go there.
