The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The Calamity! 1 What is the startling calamity? 2 And what can make you know what is the Striking Calamity? 3 A day wherein mankind will be as thickly-scattered moths 4 And mountains will be like flying wool. 5 Then, he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) heavy, 6 He shall be in a life well-pleasing. 7 whereas he whose weight is light in the balance 8 shall plunge in the womb of the Pit. 9 And what can make you know what that is? 10 A burning fire. 11

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
