HAST THOU, then, ever considered him who turns away [from remembering Us, and cares for no more than the life of this world,] 33 Gives a little, then hardens (his heart)? 34 Is with him knowledge of the unseen so that he seeth? 35 Or, has he not been told of that which is in the Scrolls of Moses 36 And of Ibrahim, who was most obedient? 37 That no soul shall bear another's burden, 38 and that everyone shall have in his account only that which he worked for, 39 and that his labouring shall surely be seen, 40 Then will he be rewarded with a reward complete; 41 That to thy Lord is the final Goal; 42 and that it is He who makes to laugh, and that makes to weep, 43 And that it is He Who causeth to die and causeth to live. 44 and that He Himself created the two kinds, male and female, 45 from an ejected drop of sperm; 46 and that [therefore] it is within His power to bring about a second life; 47 and that it is He who gives riches and causes to hoard, 48 And that He is the Lord of the Sirius; 49 and that He destroyed Ad, the ancient, 50 And Thamud (people). He spared none of them. 51 and the people of Noah before -- certainly they did exceeding evil, and were insolent 52 And He destroyed the Overthrown Cities (of Sodom and Gomorrah). 53 Then covered them with that which covered them. 54 Then which of the gifts of thy Lord, (O man,) wilt thou dispute about? 55 He who warns you is one of the warners of old. 56 The Imminent is near at hand; 57 No (soul) but Allah can lay it bare. 58 Then at this statement do you wonder? 59 And do you laugh instead of weeping, 60 And you are lost in play! 61 [Nay,] but prostrate yourselves before God, and worship [Him alone]! ۩ 62
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

Notes and Instructions
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
