In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By the (Winds) sent forth one after another (to man's profit); 1 Then by oath of those that push with a strong gust. 2 and the rain-spreading winds, 3 And those that distinguish distinctly, 4 And those [angels] who deliver a message 5 To end all argument or to warn. 6 surely, that which you have been promised is about to fall! 7 When the stars are obliterated, 8 The heavens split asunder, 9 When the mountains are scattered (to the winds) as dust; 10 And when the messengers are (all) appointed a time (to collect);- 11 To what day is the doom fixed? 12 For the Day of Decision. 13 And what will convey unto thee what the Day of Decision is! - 14 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 15 Did We not destroy the ancients? 16 And We shall cause those of later times to follow them. 17 Thus deal We ever with the guilty. 18 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 19 Did We not create you from a base fluid 20 And We placed it in a firm lodging 21 For a known period (determined by gestation)? 22 See that We had the power to do so. Great indeed is Our power to do what We will. 23 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 24 Have We not made the earth a receptacle 25 For the living and the dead among you? 26 and did We not firmly fix towering mountains on it and give you sweet water to drink? 27 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 28 Proceed to that which you denied. 29 Depart unto the shadow falling threefold, 30 [But having] no cool shade and availing not against the flame." 31 it indeed throws up sparks like castles, 32 As if they were yellowish [black] camels. 33 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 34 This is a Day they will not speak, 35 nor shall they be given permission, so that they can apologize. 36 Woe that Day to the deniers (of the Day of Resurrection)! 37 This is the Day of Judgement. We have assembled you all together with past generations. 38 and if you [think that you] have a subterfuge left, try to outwit Me!" 39 Woe that day unto those who cry it lies! 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
