And [thereafter,] indeed, We assigned unto the children of Israel a most goodly abode, and provided for them sustenance out of the good things of life. And it was not until knowledge [of God's revelation] was vouchsafed to them that they began to hold divergent views: [but,] verily, thy Sustainer will judge between them on Resurrection Day regarding all on which they were wont to differ. 93 But if you are in doubt as to what We have revealed to you, ask those who read the Book before you; certainly the truth has come to you from your Lord, therefore you should not be of the disputers. 94 or reject the signs of Allah as false, for then you shall be among those who will be in utter loss. 95 Those against whom your Lord's word has been confirmed will never believe; 96 Though every sign should come to them, until they witness the painful chastisement. 97 And wherefore was there not a town which should believe so that their belief should have profited them but the people of Yunus? When they believed, We removed from them the chastisement of disgrace in this world's life and We gave them provision till a time. 98 Had your Lord so willed, all those who are on the earth would have believed. Will you, then, force people into believing? 99 notwithstanding that no human being can ever attain to faith otherwise than by God's leave, and [that] it is He who lays the loathsome evil [of disbelief] upon those who will not use - their reason? 100 Say thou: behold that which is in the heavens and the earth; and signs and warnings avail not those who will not believe. 101 Wait they then aught but the days of those who have passed away before them. Say thou: wait then, verily I am with you among those who wait. 102 Then we shall save Our Messengers and the believers. It is Our obligated duty, We shall save those who believe. 103

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
