The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

THE STARTLING CALAMITY. 1 What is the terrible calamity! 2 And what can make you know what is the Striking Calamity? 3 On that Day people shall become like scattered moths 4 And the mountains shall be as loosened wool. 5 Then as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be heavy, 6 He will be in a pleasant life. 7 but he whose weight is light in the Scale, 8 shall plunge in the womb of the Pit. 9 And what do you know what that is? 10 It is a blazing fire. 11
