Say, [O Muhammad], "My Lord, if You should show me that which they are promised, 93 Then do not, O Lord, put me among the sinners." 94 Indeed, We are able to show you that which We promised them. 95 Repel evil with what is best, We are well aware of the things they say, 96 And pray: "My Lord! I seek Your refuge from the suggestions of the evil ones; 97 And I seek refuge with Thee, my Lord! lest they may be present with me. 98 Until, when death cometh unto one of them, he saith: My Lord! Send me back, 99 "So that I may do good in that which I have left behind!" No! It is but a word that he speaks, and behind them is Barzakh (a barrier) until the Day when they will be resurrected. 100 When the trumpet is blown, on that Day there will be no ties of relationship between them; neither will they ask about one another: 101 If the side of ones good deeds weighs heavier on a scale, he will have everlasting happiness, 102 But those whose scales weigh light will have ruined their souls; in Hell will they abide. 103 The Fire will scorch their faces, and therein they shall be grinning. 104 Were not My messages recited to you and did you not reject them? 105 They will say, "Our Lord, our wretchedness overcame us, and we were a people astray. 106 Get us out of this, O Lord. If we transgress we will surely be sinful." 107 God will say, "Stay there and do not speak to Me. 108 "Behold, there were among My servants such as would pray, 'O our Sustainer! We have come to believe [in Thee]; forgive, then, our sins and bestow Thy mercy on us: for Thou art the truest bestower of mercy!' 109 "You mocked and laughed at them until you forgot all about Me. 110 Surely I have rewarded them this day because they were patient, that they are the achievers. 111 He will say: "What number of years did ye stay on earth?" 112 They will say, "We stayed a day or part of a day. Ask those who have kept count." 113 He will say: "You stayed only for a while, if you only knew that. 114 Deem ye that We have created you in vain and that unto Us ye are not to be returned? 115 So exalted be Allah, the True King; no god is there but He, the Lord of the honorable dominion. 116 If anyone invokes, besides Allah, Any other god, he has no authority therefor; and his reckoning will be only with his Lord! and verily the Unbelievers will fail to win through! 117 And say, (O Muhammad): "My Lord, forgive us and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of those that are merciful." 118
