The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The Clatterer! 1 What is the Calamity? 2 And what will explain to thee what the (Day) of Noise and Clamour is? 3 The day on which men shall be as scattered moths, 4 And the mountains will be like wool, fluffed up. 5 Then he whose scales weigh heavier 6 He will live a pleasant life (in Paradise). 7 but he whose deeds weigh light in the Balance 8 Will have his home in a (bottomless) Pit. 9 How will you comprehend what that is? 10 It is a blazing fire. 11
