The human says: 'What, when I am dead, shall I be raised to life?' 66 Remembereth not man that We created him afore when he was not aught? 67 By your Lord, We shall gather them and the devils together, then bring them crawling on their knees around Hell. 68 from every party We will pluck out whichever of them was the most hardened in disdain of the Most Merciful. 69 then We shall know very well those most deserving to burn there. 70 Not one of you there is, but he shall go down to it; that for thy Lord is a thing decreed, determined. 71 We shall deliver those who took heed for themselves, and leave the evil-doers kneeling there. 72 When Our signs are recited to them as clear signs, the unbelievers say to the believers, 'Which of the two parties is better in station, fairer in assembly?' 73 How many generations have We destroyed before them, who were far greater in riches and more boastful! 74 Say: 'Whosoever is in error, let the All-merciful prolong his term for him! Till, when they see that they were threatened, whether the chastisement, or the Hour, then they shall surely know who is worse in place, and who is weaker in hosts.' 75 God further enlightens those who seek guidance. To those who do charitable deeds which produce continuing benefits, your Lord will give a better reward and a better place in Paradise. 76 Have you seen he who disbelieves Our verses and yet says: 'I shall surely be given wealth and children' 77 Has he gained knowledge of the unseen, or made a covenant with the Beneficent Allah? 78 By no means! We shall write down that which he saith; and We shall lengthen for him of the torment a length. 79 All that he claims will revert to Us, and he will come before Us all alone. 80 And they have taken to them other gods apart from God, that they might be for them a might. 81 In fact, they can have no honor; their gods will renounce their worship of idols and will turn against them. 82
