Say, [O Muhammad], "I am only a warner, and there is not any deity except Allah, the One, the Prevailing. 65 the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is in between them, the Most Mighty, the Most Forgiving.” 66 Say, “That is a great tidings.” 67 (And) you are turning aside from it: 68 “What did I know of the heavenly world, when the angels had disputed.” 69 “I receive only the divine revelations, that I am purely a clear Herald of Warning.” 70 [So mention] when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I am going to create a human being from clay. 71 and when I have formed him fully and breathed My spirit into him, prostrate yourselves before him." 72 So the angels prostrated - all of them entirely. 73 except Iblis. He waxed proud and became one of the unbelievers. 74 He said: O Iblis! What hindereth thee from falling prostrate before that which I have created with both My hands? Art thou too proud or art thou of the high exalted? 75 He said, "I am better than him. You created me from fire and created him from clay." 76 'Begone' said He, 'you are stoned'. 77 and My curse shall remain upon you till the Day of Resurrection.” 78 (Iblis) said: "O my Lord! Give me then respite till the Day the (dead) are raised." 79 Allah said: verily, thou art of those respited. 80 Until the Day of the time well-known." 81 (Iblis) said: “By Your glory, I shall mislead them all 82 "Except Thy Servants amongst them, sincere and purified (by Thy Grace)." 83 The Lord said, "I swear by the Truth - and I speak the Truth - 84 that I shall certainly fill hell with you and your followers all together". 85 (Muhammad), say, "I do not ask any reward for my preaching to you for I am not a pretender. 86 This is only a warning for mankind. 87 and after a while you shall know its news' 88
