Are you more difficult to create or the heavens? He built it, 27 He raised its ceiling and proportioned it. 28 and darkened its night and brought forth its morning. 29 and the earth-after that He spread it out, 30 And brought forth therefrom its water and its pasture; 31 and making the mountains firm: 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 But when the great calamity will come about 34 The day when man will call to mind his (whole) endeavour, 35 and when Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 So as for he who transgressed 37 And had preferred the life of this world, 38 The Abode will be Hell-Fire; 39 But he who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained his self from vain desires, 40 Then surely the garden-- that is the abode. 41 They ask you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) about the Hour, - when will be its appointed time? 42 What art thou about, to mention it? 43 Unto thy Lord belongeth (knowledge of) the term thereof. 44 Thou art but [sent] to warn those who stand in awe of it. 45 It shall be as if; on the day they see it, they have but tarried for an evening, or its forenoon. 46
