Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Have you seen he who belied the Recompense? 1 It is he who pusheth away the orphan, 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the needy. 3 So woe unto those performers of Salat (prayers) (hypocrites), 4 Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times, 5 Who dissimulate 6 and refuse to help the needy. 7

True are the words of God the Almighty.
