In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
Alif. Lam. Ra. THESE ARE MESSAGES of a revelation clear in itself and clearly showing the truth: 1 Verily, We have sent it down as an Arabic Quran in order that you may understand. 2 We relate to you the best narrative because We have sent the divine revelation of this Qur’an, to you; although surely you were unaware before this. 3 When Joseph told his father: "O my father, I saw eleven stars and the sun and the moon bowing before me in homage," 4 He said: O my son! do not relate your vision to your brothers, lest they devise a plan against you; surely the Shaitan is an open enemy to man. 5 so your Lord will choose you and teach you the interpretation of visions, and perfect His Favor upon you and upon the House of Jacob, as He perfected it on your fathers Abraham and Isaac before you. Your Lord is Knowing, Wise. 6
