۞ We said to Moses: "Travel by night with My creatures. You will surely be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities gatherers 53 (Saying): "Verily! These indeed are but a small band. 54 but they are indeed filled with hatred of us 55 "But we are a multitude amply fore-warned." 56 We therefore got them out from the gardens and water springs. 57 and [deprived them of their erstwhile] station of honour!" 58 As such we gave it to the Children of Israel. 59 And they overtook them at sunrise. 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, those with Moses said: Lo! we are indeed caught. 61 Moses replied, "No, My Lord is with me, and He will guide me." 62 So We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Strike the sea with your staff”; thereupon the sea parted; so each part was like a huge mountain. 63 And We brought near, there, the others. 64 And We saved Musa (Moses) and all those with him. 65 And We drowned the others. 66 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 67 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
