3/4 Hizb 52
< random >
And indeed We have created man, and We know what his ownself whispers to him. And We are nearer to him than his jugular vein (by Our Knowledge). 16 When the two receivers receive, sitting on the right and on the left. 17 Not a word does he (or she) utter, but there is a watcher by him ready (to record it). 18 And the stupor of death will come in truth: "This is what you have been avoiding!" 19 And the trumpet is blown. This is the threatened Day. 20 And every human being will come forward with [his erstwhile] inner urges and [his] conscious mind, 21 [and will be told:] "Indeed, unmindful hast thou been of this [Day of Judgment]; but now We have lifted from thee thy veil, and sharp is thy sight today!" 22 And (unto the evil-doer) his comrade saith: This is that which I have ready (as testimony). 23 "Cast each stubborn unbeliever into Hell," (they will be told), 24 "Hinderer of good, transgressor, doubter, 25 Who made [as equal] with Allah another deity; then throw him into the severe punishment." 26 ۞ Man's other self' will say: "O our Sustainer! It was not I that led his conscious mind into evil [nay,] but it had gone far astray [of its own accord]! 27 He (Allah) will say: 'Do not dispute before Me. I sent you a warning beforehand. 28 The judgment passed by Me shall not be altered; but never do I do the least wrong unto My creatures!" 29

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
