Observest thou not those who wrangle concerning the revelations of Allah? whither are they turning away! 69 Those who belie the Book and that with which We sent Our Messengers shall soon know. 70 when, with iron collars and chains around their necks, they are dragged 71 into boiling water and then they will be burned in the fire. 72 They will then be asked: "Where are they you took as partners 73 Beside Allah? They will say: they have failed us; aye! we have not been calling upon aught afore. Thus doth Allah lead the infidels astray. 74 “This is the recompense of your being happy upon falsehood in the earth, and the recompense of your conceit.” 75 Enter the gates of Hell to abide eternally therein, and wretched is the residence of the arrogant." 76 Therefore have patience, the Promise of Allah is true. Whether We show you something of that We promise them or call you to Us, to Us they shall all return. 77 And We have already sent messengers before you. Among them are those [whose stories] We have related to you, and among them are those [whose stories] We have not related to you. And it was not for any messenger to bring a sign [or verse] except by permission of Allah. So when the command of Allah comes, it will be concluded in truth, and the falsifiers will thereupon lose [all]. 78
