The people of Noah denied the messengers 105 when their brother Noah said unto them: "Will you not be conscious of God? 106 Lo! I am a faithful messenger unto you, 107 So fear Allah and obey me. 108 And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds. 109 So fear Allah and obey me' 110 ۞ They answered: "Shall we accept you even though it is the meanest of people who follow you?" 111 Noah said: "What knowledge do I have about their deeds? 112 It is only for my Lord to take account of them. Would that you made use of your understanding! 113 And I am not going to drive away the believers; 114 I am nothing but a plain warner." 115 They said: if thou desistest not, thou shalt surely be of those stoned. 116 He said: my Lord! verily my people have belied me. 117 Therefor judge Thou between us, a (conclusive) judgment, and save me and those believers who are with me. 118 And We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 and then We caused those who stayed behind to drown. 120 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 121 And indeed your Lord, only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 122
