Truly, the God-fearing shall dwell amid gardens and fountains -- 45 (Their greeting will be): "Enter ye here in peace and security." 46 And We will root out whatever of rancor is in their breasts-- (they shall be) as brethren, on raised couches, face to face. 47 No weariness shall ever touch them in this [state of bliss,] and never shall they have to forgo it. 48 ۞ Inform My servants that I am the Forgiving, the Merciful, 49 and [also,] that the suffering which I shall impose [on sinners] will indeed be a suffering most grievous. 50 And tell them of the guests of Abraham, 51 [how,] when they presented themselves before him and bade him peace, he answered: "Behold, we are afraid of you!" 52 They said: be not afraid; verily we bear thou the glad tidings of a boy knowing. 53 He said, 'What, do you give me good tidings, though old age has smitten me? Of what do you 54 They said, "We have given you good tidings in truth, so do not be of the despairing." 55 He replied: 'And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, except those that are astray? 56 He said: What is your business then, O apostles? 57 They answered: "We are sent to people lost in sin [who are to be destroyed,] 58 Except Lut's followers: We will most surely deliver them all, 59 But not his wife; we have decreed that she will be of those staying behind. 60
