Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

Have you considered him who calls the judgment a lie? 1 That is the one who treats the orphan with harshness, 2 And encourages not the feeding of the indigent. 3 Woe to those who pray, 4 whose hearts from their prayer are remote 5 who show off (his good deeds) 6 and prevent the utensils of assistance. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
