And indeed this Qur’an has been sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 192 the Faithful Spirit has brought it down 193 Upon your heart (O Muhammad SAW) that you may be (one) of the warners, 194 in a clear, Arabic tongue. 195 And verily, [the essence of] this [revelation] is indeed found in the ancient books of divine wisdom [as well]. 196 Is not the fact (that the Israelite scholars already knew about the Quran through their Book) sufficient evidence for the pagans of the truthfulness (of the Quran)? 197 If We had revealed it to a nonArab, 198 And he had recited it to them [perfectly], they would [still] not have been believers in it. 199 Thus have We inserted disbelief into the hearts of the criminals. 200 They will not believe in it until they see the painful punishment. 201 It shall come to them of a sudden, while they perceive it not; 202 Then will they say: "Can we be given respite?" 203 Do they, then, [really] wish that Our chastisement be hastened on? 204 Tell Me, if We do let them enjoy for years, 205 and thereupon that [chastisement] which they were promised befalls them 206 Of what avail shall their enjoyment be to them? 207 And We did not destroy any town but it had (its) warners, 208 for a reminder; and never did We wrong. 209 The devils did not bring it down. 210 they are not supposed to do so. Nor do have they the ability for such a task. 211 Indeed they have been banished from the place of hearing. 212 So call thou not upon another god with God, lest thou shouldst be one of those that are chastised. 213 And admonish thy nearest kinsmen, 214 And lower thou thy wing unto those who follow thee as believers. 215 Then if they disobey thee, say: "I am free (of responsibility) for what ye do!" 216 And put your trust in the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful, 217 who sees you when you stand 218 And your movements among those who bow in homage to God. 219 Surely He is the Hearing, the Knowing. 220 Shall I tell you on whom the satans descend? 221 They descend on every sinful, false one. 222 Who listens to you (for spreading rumours); but most of them are liars. 223 As for the poets - it is the seduced who follow them. 224 Have you not seen how they wander in every valley, 225 and say things which they do not act upon, 226 [Most of them are of this kind] save those who have attained to faith, and do righteous deeds, and remember God unceasingly, and defend themselves [only] after having been wronged, and [trust in God's promise that] those who are bent on wrongdoing will in time come to know how evil a turn their destinies are bound to take! 227
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
