Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? 1 and lift from thee thy burden, 2 The which did gall thy back?- 3 Have We not raised your remembrance? 4 Indeed, there is ease with hardship. 5 surely, with every hardship there is ease. 6 Hence, when thou art freed [from distress,] remain steadfast, 7 and be devoted to your Lord's service. 8
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
