Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But nay! I swear by all that ye see 38 and by what you do not see, 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured Messenger [i.e. Jibrael (Gabriel) or Muhammad SAW which he has brought from Allah]. 40 And it is not the speech of a poet; how little do you believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer (or a foreteller), little is that you remember! 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 43 And if he had fabricated against Us some of the sayings, 44 We should certainly seize him by his right hand, 45 Then cut off his aorta, 46 and not one of you would have been able to withhold Us from doing so. 47 And indeed, the Qur'an is a reminder for the righteous. 48 And indeed, We know that among you are deniers. 49 yet, behold, this [rejection] will indeed become a source of bitter regret for all who deny the truth [of God's revelation] 50 And Verily, it (this Quran) is an absolute truth with certainty. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord Most Great. 52
True are the words of God the Almighty.
