And it is He who produced for you hearing and vision and hearts; little are you grateful. 78 He it is who has multiplied you on the earth and to Him you shall all be gathered: 79 And He it is Who quickeneth and causeth to die, and His is the alternation of night and day; will ye not then reflect? 80 On the contrary, they said the same as what the former people used to say. 81 They say: "Is it that when we are dead and have been reduced to dust and bones, shall we then be raised up again? 82 "Such things have been promised to us and to our fathers before! they are nothing but tales of the ancients!" 83 Say thou: whose is the earth and whosoever is therein, if you know? 84 They will say, "To God." Say, "So will you not pay heed? 85 Say: "Who is (the) Lord of the seven heavens, and (the) Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 They will say: "God." Say: "Then why do you not obey and fear Him?" 87 Say, "In whose hands lies sovereignty over all things, protecting all, while none can seek protection against Him? Tell me, if you have any knowledge." 88 They will say, "All this belongs to God." Say to them, "How are you then deluded?" 89 Rather, We have brought them the truth, and indeed they are liars. 90 Allah hath not betaken to Himself any son, and there is not along Him any god; else each god would have gone off with that which he had created, and one of them would have exalted himself above the others. Hallowed be Allah above that which they ascribe! 91 Knower of the unseen and the seen, Exalted is He above that which they associate! 92

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
