Say, "I call only upon my Lord and do not associate anyone else with Him." 20 Say thou: verily I own not for you power of hurt nor of benefit 21 Say: 'None shall protect me from Allah, and other than Him, I will find no refuge, 22 My duty is only to convey that which I receive from Him and His messages." For those who disobey God and His Messenger there is the fire of hell, wherein they will abide forever. 23 Till (the day) when they shall behold that which they are promised (they may doubt); but then they will know (for certain) who is weaker in allies and less in multitude. 24 Say (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “I do not know whether what you are promised is close or if my Lord will postpone it for a while.” 25 (He is) the Knower of the Unseen, and He revealeth unto none His secret, 26 save only to such a Messenger as He is well-pleased with; then He despatches before him and behind him watchers, 27 So that He may know if they have delivered their Lord's messages. He comprehends all that has been given them, and keeps count of everything. 28
