And man saith: When I am dead, shall I forsooth be brought forth alive? 66 Will the human not remember that We created him before when he was not a thing? 67 By your Lord, We shall gather them and the devils together, then bring them crawling on their knees around Hell. 68 Then We shall pluck forth from every party whichever of them was the most hardened in disdain of the All-merciful; 69 Then, verily, We know best those who are most worthy of being burnt therein. 70 There is not one of you but will pass over it (Hell); this is with your Lord; a Decree which must be accomplished. 71 Then We shall save those who use to fear Allah and were dutiful to Him. And We shall leave the Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoers, etc.) therein (humbled) to their knees (in Hell). 72 AS IT IS, whenever Our messages are conveyed to them in all their clarity, those who are bent on denying the truth are wont to say unto those who have attained to faith: "Which of the two kinds of man is in a stronger position and superior as a community?" 73 But how many (countless) generations before them have we destroyed, who were even better in equipment and in glitter to the eye? 74 Say: 'Whosoever is in error, let the All-merciful prolong his term for him! Till, when they see that they were threatened, whether the chastisement, or the Hour, then they shall surely know who is worse in place, and who is weaker in hosts.' 75 Allah will increase those who were guided in guidance and things that abide. Good deeds are better in reward with your Lord, and, better in return. 76 Hast thou then seen the (sort of) man who rejects Our Signs, yet says: "I shall certainly be given wealth and children?" 77 Has he, perchance, attained to a realm which is beyond the reach of a created being's perception? or has he concluded a covenant with the Most Gracious? 78 Nay, but We shall record that which he saith and prolong for him a span of torment. 79 And We shall inherit from him (at his death) all that he talks of (i.e. wealth and children which We have bestowed upon him in this world), and he shall come to Us alone. 80 And they have chosen (other) gods beside Allah that they may be a power for them. 81 But they shall reject their worship and turn against them. 82
