۞ Also We revealed unto Moses, 'Go with My servants by night; surely you will be followed.' 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities musterers: 53 [bidding them to call out his troops and to proclaim:] "Behold, these [children of Israel] are but a contemptible band; 54 And verily they have enraged us. 55 and we are a host on our guard.' 56 Then We drave them forth from gardens and springs. 57 And treasures and goodly dwellings, 58 So it was; and We made the Descendants of Israel its inheritors. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and, when the two hosts sighted each other, the companions of Moses said, 'We are overtaken!' 61 Said he, 'No indeed; surely my Lord is with me; He will guide me.' 62 Then We inspired Musa (Moses) (saying): "Strike the sea with your stick." And it parted, and each separate part (of that sea water) became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 We also brought the other party close to the same spot, 64 And We saved Moses and those with him, every one; 65 then We drowned the others. 66 In this [story] behold, there is a message [unto all men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 67 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
