▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ Nay, I swear by the setting of the stars -- 75 And verily, that is indeed a great oath, if you but know. 76 Behold, it is a truly noble discourse, 77 In a Book well-guarded (with Allah in the heaven i.e. Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 78 None touch it except the purified. 79 a sending down from the Lord of all Being. 80 Is it such a talk (this Quran) that you (disbelievers) deny? 81 And make denial thereof your livelihood? 82 Why is it not then that when it (soul) comes up to the throat, 83 right before your very eyes? 84 We are nearer to him than you, but you do not see 85 If you are true to your claim that there is no Day of Judgment, 86 do you not restore his soul, if you are truthful? 87 So if he is one of those who are near-stationed (to Allah), 88 then for him there shall be comfort and plenty and a Garden of Bliss; 89 And if he is one of the People on the Right, 90 There will be the salutation by those of the right hand: "Peace on you. 91 If it is of those who have rejected the Truth and have gone astray, 92 The welcome will be boiling water 93 And burning in Hell-fire. 94 Indeed, this is the true certainty, 95 Therefor (O Muhammad) praise the name of thy Lord, the Tremendous. 96
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
