The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Proclaim the Purity of your Lord, the Supreme. 1 Who created and proportioned 2 and who determines the nature [of all that exists,] and thereupon guides it [towards its fulfilment,] 3 And Who brings out the pasturage, 4 then caused it to wither away. 5 [O Prophet!] We shall make you recite the Quran so that you will not forget any of it -- 6 save what God may will [thee to forget] - for, verily, He [alone] knows all that is open to [man's] perception as well as all that is hidden [from it] 7 And We shall make easy for you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) the easy way (i.e. the doing of righteous deeds). 8 Therefore, keep on preaching as long as it is of benefit. 9 Those who have fear of God will benefit 10 Only the wretch will turn aside, 11 Who will enter the Great Fire, 12 wherein he will neither die nor remain alive. 13 He is successful who groweth, 14 remember the name of the Lord, and pray to Him. 15 But no, you prefer the life of the world, 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 And this is in the Books of the earliest (Revelation),- 18 The scriptures of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
