Verily those who keep away from evil and follow the straight path shall be in the midst of gardens and springs of water. 45 (And it is said unto them): Enter them in peace, secure. 46 We shall remove all rancor from their hearts, and as brethren they shall recline on couches face to face. 47 Toil cometh not unto them there, nor will they be expelled from thence. 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I alone am the Forgiving, the Merciful One, 49 And that indeed the punishment of Mine is a painful punishment. 50 Tell them about the guests of Abraham 51 when they came to him they greeted him with: "Peace." He said,"We feel afraid of you." 52 'Do not be afraid' they answered. 'We come to give you glad tidings of a knowledgeable child' 53 [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "Do you give me glad tidings (of a son) when old age has overtaken me? Of what then is your news?" 54 They answered: "We have given thee the glad tiding of something that is bound to come true. So be not of those who abandon hope!" 55 He said, 'And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, excepting those that are astray?' 56 He said: what is your errand, sent ones? 57 "We have been sent," they said, "to (punish) a sinful people, 58 Only the family of Lot will all be saved, 59 except his wife. We have decreed that she will be among those who remain behind [and will be lost]. 60
