(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 and raised its vault high and proportioned it; 28 And He made dark its night and brought out its light. 29 And the earth He extended after that; 30 and brought out of it its water and its pasture, 31 And the mountains He has fixed firmly; 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 But when the great calamity will come about 34 The Day when man shall remember (all) that he strove for, 35 And hell will be made visible to all those who can see. 36 For, unto him who shall have transgressed the bounds of what is right, 37 And who chose the life of the world, 38 The Abode will be Hell-Fire; 39 but one who fears to stand before his Lord and restrained himself from base desires, 40 indeed, their refuge shall be Paradise. 41 They will question thee concerning the Hour, when it shall berth. 42 (Muhammad), you do not know (when and how) it will come. 43 [seeing that] with thy Sustainer alone rests the beginning and the end [of all knowledge] thereof? 44 You are only a warner to him who would fear it. 45 It will be, on the Day they see it, as though they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof. 46
