O My worshipers, there is no fear for you on this Day, nor will you grieve 68 you who believed in Our Signs and had surrendered yourselves (to Us)! 69 Enter the Garden, ye and your spouses, joyfully. 70 Platters and cups of gold shall be passed around them, and there shall be all that they might desire and all that their eyes might delight in. (They shall be told): “Herein shall you abide for ever. 71 “And this is the Paradise which is bequeathed to you, because of your deeds.” 72 Ye shall have therein abundance of fruit, from which ye shall have satisfaction. 73 Indeed, the criminals will be in the punishment of Hell, abiding eternally. 74 Never will their torment be lightened for them. They shall remain in utter despair. 75 And it is not We who will be doing wrong unto them, but it is they who will have wronged themselves. 76 And they will cry out, “O Malik*, ask your Lord to finish us!” He will answer, “Rather you are to stay (forever).” (*The guard of hell) 77 We have certainly brought the truth to you: but most of you have an aversion for the truth. 78 Do they assume that they have made their work thorough? So We shall make Our work thorough. 79 Do they think that We do not hear their secrets and whispers? We certainly can hear them and Our Messengers record it all. 80 Say, "If the All Merciful had a son, I would be the first to worship him." 81 Purity is to the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Throne, from all what they fabricate. 82 But leave them to indulge in idle talk and play [with words] until they face that [Judgment] Day of theirs which they have been promised: 83 And only He is the God of the heavenly creation and the God of the earthly creation; and He only is the Wise, the All Knowing. 84 Glory be to Him, to whom belongs the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth and all that between them is; with Him is the knowledge of the Hour, and to Him you shall be returned. 85 And those unto whom they cry instead of Him possess no power of intercession, saving him who beareth witness unto the Truth knowingly. 86 And wert thou to ask them who created them, they will surely say: God. Witherward then are they deviating! 87 [But God has full knowledge of the true believer] and of his [despairing] cry: "O my Sustainer! Verily, these are people who will not believe!" 88 But turn away from them, and say "Peace!" But soon shall they know! 89
