۞ Then We revealed Our will to Moses, saying, "Set forth with My servants, in the night, for you will surely be pursued." 52 So Firon sent heralds into the cities; 53 saying: "These (Israelites) are only a small band of people 54 And most surely they have enraged us; 55 And most surely we are a vigilant multitude. 56 Thus did We take them away from gardens and watersprings, 57 treasures, and graceful dwellings. 58 Thus it was: but [in the course of time] We were to bestow all these [things] as a heritage on the children of Israel. 59 At sunrise, they followed them. 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 [Musa (Moses)] said: "Nay, verily! With me is my Lord, He will guide me." 62 We commanded Moses: "Smite the sea with your staff." And it parted, and every parting was like a lofty mountain. 63 Then brought We near the others to that place. 64 And We saved Musa and those with him, all of them. 65 and then We caused the others to drown. 66 Verily herein is a sign; but most of them are not believers. 67 And yet, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 68
