The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
By the Fig and the Olive, 1 And by oath of Mount Sinai, 2 and this safe country (Mecca)! 3 We have indeed created man in the best of mould, 4 Then We reduced him to the lowest of the low, 5 except the righteously striving believers who will have a never ending reward. 6 What, then, [O man,] could henceforth cause thee to give the lie to this moral law? 7 Is not Allah the Best of judges? 8
