Pray, "Lord, if you would show me that [the punishment] of which they have been warned, 93 then do not include me, my Lord, among these wrong-doing people." 94 We have certainly the power to make you see what We have promised them. 95 Repel evil by what is best; We know best what they describe. 96 And pray: "My Lord! I seek Your refuge from the suggestions of the evil ones; 97 And I seek refuge in Thee, my Lord, lest they be present with me, 98 lt ceaseth not until when death cometh to one of them, and he saith: my Lord! send me back. 99 so that I may do good works in the world I have left behind." Never! It is indeed but a meaningless word that he utters. A barrier shall stand behind such people till the Day they are raised up again. 100 For when the Trumpet is blown, that day there shall be no kinship any more between them, neither will they question one another. 101 Then those whose scales are heavy, they are the successful. 102 And as for him whose good deeds are light, these are they who shall have lost their souls, abiding in hell 103 The Fire will sear their faces, and they therein will have taut smiles. 104 [It will be said]. "Were not My verses recited to you and you used to deny them?" 105 'Lord' they will reply, 'adversity prevailed over us and we were erring. 106 O our Lord! take us forth from it; then if we return, we shall be wrong-doers indeed. 107 God will say, "Stay there and do not speak to Me. 108 "A part of My servants there was, who used to pray 'our Lord! we believe; then do Thou forgive us, and have mercy upon us: For Thou art the Best of those who show mercy!" 109 But you took them for a laughing-stock, till they made you forget My remembrance, mocking at them. 110 Verily! I have rewarded them this Day for their patience, they are indeed the ones that are successful. 111 He will say: How long tarried ye in the earth, counting by years? 112 They will say: "We stayed a day or part of a day. Ask of those who keep account." 113 He will say, "You only stayed for a little while, if only you knew. 114 Did you imagine that We created you without any purpose, and that you will not be brought back to Us?" 115 So Most Supreme is Allah, the True King; there is no God except Him; Lord of the Throne of Honour. 116 And whoever invokes with Allah another god-- he has no proof of this-- his reckoning is only with his Lord; surely the unbelievers shall not be successful. 117 And, [O Muhammad], say, "My Lord, forgive and have mercy, and You are the best of the merciful." 118
