The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

WHEN THE WORLD is shaken up by its cataclysm, 1 And the earth bringeth forth her burthens, 2 And man will say: "What is the matter with it?" 3 That Day, it will report its news 4 having been inspired by your Lord. 5 On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works. 6 So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 7 And anyone who has done an atom's weight of evil, shall see it. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
