They ask thee concerning the Mountains: say, "My Lord will uproot them and scatter them as dust; 105 "He will leave them as plains smooth and level; 106 "Nothing crooked or curved wilt thou see in their place." 107 On that Day, they will follow the Summoner, who is not crooked, their voices hushed before the Merciful, and you shall hear nothing except a murmuring. 108 On that day no intercession shall avail, except the one for whom the Most Beneficent (Allah) has given permission and whose word is acceptable to Him. 109 He knows all that is before them and all that is behind them, whereas their knowledge cannot encompass it. 110 ۞ on that Day all faces shall be humbled before the Living, Self-Subsisting One. Those burdened with evil deeds will come to grief, 111 But he who works deeds of righteousness, and has faith, will have no fear of harm nor of any curtailment (of what is his due). 112 (O Muhammad), thus have We revealed this as an Arabic Qur'an and have expounded in it warning in diverse ways so that they may avoid evil or become heedful. 113 Exalted is Allah, the True King! Hasten not with reciting the Qur'an before its revelation to you is finished, and pray: "Lord! Increase me in knowledge." 114 We made a covenant with Adam before you, but he forgot, and We found him lacking in constancy. 115
