Blessed is He Who made constellations in the skies, and placed therein a Lamp and a Moon giving light; 61 And it is He Who made the Night and the Day to follow each other: for such as have the will to celebrate His praises or to show their gratitude. 62 The (true) servants of the Merciful are those who walk humbly on the earth who, when the ignorant people behave insolently towards them, say, "Peace to you" 63 And those who spend the night before their Lord, prostrate and standing. 64 who say, "Our Lord, ward off from us the punishment of Hell, for its punishment is a dreadful torment to suffer. 65 It is a terrible abode and an evil station," 66 who, when they expend, are neither prodigal nor parsimonious, but between that is a just stand; 67 and who never invoke any [imaginary] deity side by side with God, and do not take any human beings life - [the life] which God has willed to be sacred - otherwise than in [the pursuit of] justice, and do not commit adultery. And [know that] he who commits aught thereof shall [not only] meet with a full requital 68 he shall have his suffering doubled on the Day of Resurrection and he will abide forever in disgrace, 69 Excepted, however, shall be they who repent and attain to faith and do righteous deeds: for it is they whose [erstwhile] bad deeds God will transform into good ones - seeing that God is indeed much-forgiving, a dispenser of grace, 70 Those who repent and act righteously have truly returned to God, 71 And those who bear not false witness and, when they pass by idle talk, pass by with dignity; 72 And they who, when reminded of the communications of their Lord, do not fall down thereat deaf and blind. 73 who say, "Lord, grant us joy in our wives and children and make us a model for the righteous." 74 Those shall be rewarded with the highest apartment, because they persevered; and therein they shall be met with a greeting and salutation. 75 Abiding therein; excellent it is as an abode, and as a place to dwell. 76 Say (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) “You have no value before My Lord if you do not worship Him; so you have denied – therefore the punishment that remains, will occur.” 77
