Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

We have indeed set constellations in the heavens and have beautified them for the beholders, 16 and We have made them secure against every satanic force accursed 17 Save him who stealeth the hearing, and him there followeth a flame gleaming. 18 And the earth-- We have spread it forth and made in it firm mountains and caused to grow in it of every suitable thing. 19 We have provided therein a means of livelihood for you and for all those creatures for whom you do not provide. 20 With Us is the source of everything and We do not send it down except in a known quantity. 21 And We send the fecundating winds, then cause the rain to descend from the sky, therewith providing you with water (in abundance), though ye are not the guardians of its stores. 22 It is We who give life, and make to die, and it is We who are the inheritors. 23 We know the ones of you who press forward, and We know the laggards; 24 And indeed, your Lord will gather them; indeed, He is Wise and Knowing. 25
