۞ And We revealed to Musa, saying: Go away with My servants travelling by night, surely you will be pursued. 52 So Firon sent heralds into the cities; 53 'These' they said, 'are a small band, 54 And indeed, they are enraging us, 55 And most surely we are a vigilant multitude. 56 So We expelled them from gardens and fountains, 57 And treasures and a fair estate. 58 This happened with them; (but on the other hand), We enabled the Children of Israel to inherit those bounties. 59 Pharaoh and his people pursued them at sunrise, 60 And when the two companies saw one another, the companions of Moses said, "Indeed, we are to be overtaken!" 61 Moses said: "Certainly not. My Lord is with me; He will direct me." 62 So We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Strike the sea with your staff”; thereupon the sea parted; so each part was like a huge mountain. 63 And We brought near, there, the others. 64 We saved Moses and all the people with him 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Verily herein is a sign; but most of them are not believers. 67 Surely, your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
