Those who do not believe, say: "When we and our fathers have turned to dust, how shall we be raised again? 67 We have been promised this, and our fathers before; this is naught but the fairy-tales of the ancients.' 68 Say: 'Journey in the land and see what was the end of the sinners' 69 Do not grieve over them, nor feel distressed at their schemes. 70 Yet they say: "When will this promise come to pass? (Tell Us) if you speak the truth." 71 Say thou: belike close behind you may be some of that which ye would hasten on. 72 And indeed, your Lord is full of bounty for the people, but most of them do not show gratitude." 73 Surely thy Lord knows what their hearts conceal, and what they publish. 74 And all the hidden secrets of the heavens and the earth are (written) in a clear Book. (The Preserved Tablet) 75 Lo! this Qur'an narrateth unto the Children of Israel most of that concerning which they differ. 76 it is a guidance, and a mercy unto the believers. 77 Surely thy Lord will decide between them by His Judgment; He is the All-mighty, the All-knowing. 78 Wherefore put thy trust in Allah; verily thou art on manifest truth. 79 Verily thou canst not make the dead hear, nor canst thou make the deaf hear the call when they flee turning their backs. 80 Nor can you lead the blind out of their error, you can only make to hear those who believe in Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), and who have submitted (themselves to Allah in Islam as Muslims). 81 ۞ When the word about them comes true We shall make a creature appear to them on earth who will tell them that people had no faith in Our revelations. 82
