whom God will tell, "My servants, you need have no fear on this day, nor will you be grieved". 68 [O you] who have attained to faith in Our messages and have surrendered your own selves unto Us! 69 Enter Paradise, you and your wives, in happiness. 70 Therein are brought round for them trays of gold and goblets, and therein is all that souls desire and eyes find sweet. And ye are immortal therein. 71 for such will be the paradise which you shall have inherited by virtue of your past deeds: 72 Ye shall have therein abundance of fruit, from which ye shall have satisfaction. 73 The sinners will be in the Punishment of Hell, to dwell therein (for aye): 74 (The torment) will not be lightened for them, and they will be plunged into destruction with deep regrets, sorrows and in despair therein. 75 They will cry out, "Guard, let your Lord destroy us". 76 And they shall call, 'O Malik, let your lord execute us!' He shall say, 'you are staying!' 77 We brought you the truth, but most of you were averse to the truth. 78 What! have they settled some plan (among themselves)? But it is We Who settle things. 79 Or do they think that We do not hear their secret talks and their whispering counsels? Yes, indeed We do and Our messengers (i.e., angels) are with them, writing. 80 Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him), “If supposedly, the Most Gracious had an offspring* I would be the first to worship!” (*Which is impossible) 81 Glory to the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of power, from what they describe. 82 Leave them (to indulge) in their desires and play around until they face that day which has been promised to them. 83 And He it is Who is Allah in the heavens and Allah in the earth; and He is the Wise, the Knowing. 84 And hallowed be He unto whom the dominion over the heavens and the earth and all that is between them belongs, and with whom the knowledge of the Last Hour rests, and unto whom you all shall be brought back! 85 And those whom they call upon beside Him own not the power of intercession save those who have borne witness to the truth and who know. 86 And if you should ask them who created them, they would certainly say: Allah. Whence are they then turned back? 87 And [Allah acknowledges] his saying, "O my Lord, indeed these are a people who do not believe." 88 So turn aside from them and say, "Peace." But they are going to know. 89

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
