O you who believe! seek assistance through patience and prayer; surely Allah is with the patient. 153 Do not say that those who are killed in the way of God, are dead, for indeed they are alive, even though you are not aware. 154 And surely We shall try you with something of fear and hunger, and loss of wealth and lives and crops; but give glad tidings to the steadfast, 155 who, when they are visited by an affliction, say, 'Surely we belong to God, and to Him we return'; 156 Those are they on whom are blessings and mercy from their Lord, and those are the followers of the right course. 157 ۞ Behold! Safa and Marwa are among the Symbols of Allah. So if those who visit the House in the Season or at other times, should compass them round, it is no sin in them. And if any one obeyeth his own impulse to good,- be sure that Allah is He Who recogniseth and knoweth. 158 Those who conceal the clear signs and the guidance that We have sent down, after We have shown them clearly in the Book -- they shall be cursed by God and the cursers, 159 Except for those who repent and correct themselves and make evident [what they concealed]. Those - I will accept their repentance, and I am the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful. 160 Surely those who disbelieve and die while they are disbelievers, these it is on whom is the curse of Allah and the angels and men all; 161 Abiding in it; their chastisement shall not be lightened nor shall they be given respite. 162 Your God is one God; there is no god other than He, the compassionate, ever-merciful. 163
