The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the chargers panting, 1 and produce sparks 2 by the dawn-raiders 3 and raising clouds of dust, 4 Then penetrate to the centre of the enemy army. 5 Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful; 6 He himself bears witness to that. 7 And indeed he is, in love of wealth, intense. 8 ۞ Does he not then know when what is in the graves is raised, 9 and the secrets of the hearts are laid bare (and examined)? 10 Most surely their Lord that day shall be fully aware of them. 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
