And mention Musa in the Book; surely he was one purified, and he was an apostle, a prophet. 51 We called him from the right side of the mountain Tur, and brought him close to reveal Our secret. 52 And We bestowed on him, out of Our mercy, his brother Harun, a prophet. 53 AND CALL to mind, through this divine writ, Ishmael. Behold, he was always true to his promise, and was an apostle [of God], a prophet, 54 He exhorted his people to prayer and almsgiving, and his Lord was pleased with him. 55 And mention Idris in the Book; surely he was a truthful man, a prophet, 56 whom We exalted onto a lofty station. 57 These are whom Allah has blessed among the Prophets from among the seed of Adam and of those whom We bore with Noah; the descendants ofAbraham, of Israel, and of those whom We have guided and chose. For when the verses of the Merciful were recited to them, they fell down prostrate, weeping. ۩ 58 ۞ Yet they were succeeded by generations [of people] who lost all [thought of] prayer and followed [but] their own lusts; and these will, in time, meet with utter disillusion. 59 Except those who repent and come to believe and do the right. These will enter Paradise and will not be wronged the least 60 Gardens of Eden, which the Beneficent hath promised to His slaves in the unseen. Lo! His promise is ever sure of fulfilment - 61 They shall not hear therein any vain discourse, but only: Peace, and they shall have their sustenance therein morning and evening. 62 Such is the Garden which We give as an inheritance to those of Our servants who guard against Evil. 63 (The angels say:) "We descend not but by command of thy Lord: to Him belongeth what is before us and what is behind us, and what is between: and thy Lord never doth forget,- 64 He is the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them. Worship Him and be steadfast in your worship of Him; none is equal to Him. 65
