۞ We said to Moses: "Travel by night with My creatures. You will surely be pursued." 52 Then the Pharaoh sent announcers to the cities, 53 They announced “These people are a small group.” 54 and indeed they are enraging us; 55 And verily we are host well-provided. 56 So We expelled them from gardens and fountains, 57 And treasures and goodly dwellings, 58 Even so. And We gave them as a heritage to the children of Israel. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two companies saw one another, the companions of Moses said, "Indeed, we are to be overtaken!" 61 Moses said: "Certainly not. My Lord is with me; He will direct me." 62 Then We inspired to Moses, "Strike with your staff the sea," and it parted, and each portion was like a great towering mountain. 63 And We made the other party approach thither. 64 and We saved Moses and those who were with him together, 65 Then drowned the others. 66 Surely in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe: 67 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 68
