Yet those who disbelieve say: When we have become dust like our fathers, shall we verily be brought forth (again)? 67 We were promised this before, and so were our fathers. It is but the fictitious story of the ancients' 68 Say: Travel in the earth, then see how was the end of the guilty. 69 And grieve thou not for them, nor be in distress because of what they plot (against thee). 70 And they (the disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah) say: "When (will) this promise (be fulfilled), if you are truthful?" 71 Say, "Perhaps some of the things which you wish to experience immediately are very close to you." 72 Lo! thy Lord is full of bounty for mankind, but most of them do not give thanks. 73 Surely, your Lord knows what they hide in their hearts and what they reveal. 74 And there is nothing concealed within the heaven and the earth except that it is in a clear Register. 75 Indeed this Qur’an narrates to the Descendants of Israel most of the matters in which they differ. 76 and, verily, it is a guidance and a grace unto all who believe [in it]. 77 Your Lord will judge among them according to His own decree. He is Majestic and All-Knowing. 78 Therefore put your trust in Allah, for you are upon a clear truth. 79 You cannot make the dead to listen, or the deaf to hear the call, when they have turned their backs, 80 Nor canst thou be a guide to the blind, (to prevent them) from straying: only those wilt thou get to listen who believe in Our Signs, and they will bow in Islam. 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to be fulfilled concerning them, We shall bring forth a beast of the earth speaking unto them, that the people have not of Our signs been convinced. 82
