Verily We gave Moses the Book; so be not in doubt about his having received it; and We made it a guidance for the children of Israel. 23 And We appointed, from amongst them, leaders guiding others by Our command, when they had persevered, and of Our signs they were convinced. 24 Your Lord will issue His decree about their (believers and disbeliever's) differences on the Day of Judgment. 25 Is it not a guidance for them, how many generations We have destroyed before them in whose dwellings they do walk about? Verily, therein indeed are signs. Would they not then listen? 26 Have they not seen how We drive water (rain clouds) to the dry land without any vegetation, and therewith bring forth crops providing food for their cattle and themselves? Will they not then see? 27 And they say, "When will be this conquest, if you should be truthful?" 28 Say, [O Muhammad], "On the Day of Conquest the belief of those who had disbelieved will not benefit them, nor will they be reprieved." 29 Therefore turn away from them and wait – indeed they too have to wait. 30
