Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ Have We not expanded your chest for you (Prophet Muhammad), 1 And eased thee of the burden 2 Which weighed down thy back. 3 And exalted for you your esteem? 4 For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. 5 truly with hardship comes ease.' 6 So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer). 7 And turn to your Lord with all your love. 8
